Ongoing reliable & supportive guided practice for
dedicated* RP Practitioners and Students
*(recommended minimum 3-months RP practice)
Settle in an environment intended to support you to deepen & stabilize your embodied experience of Fundamental Consciousness.
Each RP Online Community Practice meeting is unique.
We begin with smooth & even breathing practice so you can settle.
Moving into RP practice that supports inhabiting the whole body.
We pause & check-in: name, location, hello. And then share questions, observations.
1-4 guided RP practices, followed by questions, observations.
There is often a theme, or focus on a particular experience, that the exercises are sequenced to illustrate
There are often readings from Judith Blackstone’s writings.
RP practitioners encouraged to contribute their experience to discussion. This is a teaching class - you will learn new perspectives on RP & FC.
Practices drawn from all aspects of Realization Process: nondual meditation, embodiment, healing ground, plus spiritual, psychological, & relational RP, Stillness Moving & Trauma Repair.
An audio recording provided to each contributing participant.
Fully Certified Teachers Invited to Participate & Guest Host.

Candace Cave is a Senior Realization Process Teacher & Teacher Trainer
with additional RP certifications in Trauma Repair & Stillness Moving. She's facilitated RP Online Community Practice weekly since August 2016.
Meetings are guided least twice a month by guest hosts, fully certified RP practitioners who are familiar participants in community practice.
Every Sunday 10:00am PT
& Monday 4:00pm PT
Meeting Duration is 80-90 minutes.

We now ask for a Minimum Payment to Participate in RP Online Community Practice.
Minimum contributions fund meeting costs and temporary cloud storage for the recordings (Zoom fees), plus support the effort and commitment to administrative tasks necessary to keep the meetings ongoing and send recording links to participants. You are welcome to participate with minimum payment. Minimum ($5) contribution provides you with a recording of the meeting you attended; contributions more than $5 honor the host for guiding RP Practice.
